At DamselBags, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
How to Initiate a Return

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
