1. How long does shipping take?

  • UK orders: 5 - 10 business days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping.

3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

4. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at support@damselbags.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

5. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

6. How do I request a refund?

Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

8. Will I have to pay customs fees?

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

9. What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
